Monthly System Service – Lubricate, cool, back up
Apply lithium-based grease to linear rails and ball screws until a glossy film forms without dripping. Verify coolant level and conductivity; if >10 µS/cm, replace the water to prevent laser condensation. Finally, back up CNC parameters and job logs to the cloud—when a hard drive fails, a single click restores settings and saves costly downtime.
