1.Product Introduction

The BF06H is a dual-band composite oscillating welding head suitable for fiber + semiconductor composite oscillating welding scenarios with a total power of less than 6000W. It can be used with a fiber laser of up to 4000W + a semiconductor laser of 2000W. It uses two laser beams of different wavelengths for welding, which greatly optimizes the welding effect of high-reflective materials. The use of dual-motor oscillation makes the oscillation mode more diverse. It uses standard XY2-100 digital galvanometer input for control and is equipped with a high-performance galvanometer motor, which has higher scanning accuracy and richer custom scanning parameters. It can be used with a high-definition CCD to monitor the weld condition in real time, and is suitable for a wider range of scenarios.
